Charles Owekmeno is an SRHR Advocate, Trainer, and Mentor with over 12 years of experience. Charles is currently serving as the Country Director, SRHR Alliance Uganda and Acting Regional Director-African Network of SRHR Alliances. He is also an SDG Champion and fellow with Danida Fellowship Center – Copenhagen – Denmark. He is one of the founders of Rapid Response Teams in Uganda. Charles is also the initiator of the Inter-Faith Approach that engages religious and cultural leaders to support SRHR. He is equally one of the founders and initiators of the African Network of SRHR Alliances.
