Ritika Dhall is Head of Gender Equality in Norad (the Norwegian Directorate for Development Co-operation). She contributes to Norway’s international engagement and works with development aid investments for gender equality more broadly, in addition to targeted measures including SRHR, gender-based violence and harmful practices, and WPS. The section works with a range of actors. She has worked extensively with cross-sectoral policies, programmes and services, addressing core inequities She has worked with UNICEF Iraq on social protection and UNICEF’s humanitarian response in 2014. She holds a Cand. Polit. in Political Science from the University of Oslo, Norway.
