Kelly Bowden is the Director of Policy and Advocacy at Action Canada for Sexual Health and Rights and convenes the Future Planning Initiative, Canada’s coalition to advocate for global advancements on SRHR. She served over a decade at Oxfam Canada advancing gender equality policy and campaigning initiatives including during her tenor as the acting Deputy Executive Director. Her activism has brought her to the coasts of Canada to raise awareness the climate crisis and to mining affected communities in Central America to stand with those standing against the negative impacts of Canadian mining interests.
