Jacqueline Hardware Glin is a Senior Program Director with Global Fund for Women providing leadership to the USAID Localization Activity supporting Climate justice movements and actors in the Caribbean, Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa. Jacqueline has more than twenty-five years of diverse professional experience in the development sector, including senior and program development, Chief of Party positions, advocacy, community organizing, NGO management and civil society capacity strengthening. She has significant experience in managing complex programs in conflict and post-conflict settings, along with proven track record designing and implementing high-impact, results-based programs. Her technical expertise includes education, livelihood development, youth, and governance.
