Assistant Inspector General of Police Gender Crime and Human Rights
With twelve years of experience in the public sector, Ms. Qureshi holds a degree in Law with specialization in Criminal Law. While working as the first ever Lady Senior Police officer in predominantly male dominant department of Police, she has served on key executive and investigation positions focusing on community policing and women empowerment. She has established women help desks at all districts across the Sindh province to address gender-based violence issues and bridge the gap between police and the public by setting up liaison committees. She is a thorough professional and influential leader with great interpersonal and leadership skills.
