For the past 15 years, Elvis have been involved in shaping policies and implementing them in order to address gender equality, food security and fighting malnutrition in Rwanda, Burundi and the East Africa. Before joining Sight and Life in 2018, he worked for Project Healthy Children, an international organization working to end hidden hunger through food fortification policies and innovations in developing countries as country coordinator for Rwanda and Burundi, and the Fulbright Foundation Research Project as a Research Project Officer and Deputy Country Director in Rwanda for The Hunt Alternatives Fund with The Women Waging Peace Network.
