Virginia Ossana is a disabled gender and disability justice advocate from Latin America. She is the Programs Advisor at Women Enabled International. In her role, Virginia collaborates in the implementation of WEI’s programmatic strategies to advance rights at the intersection of gender and disability. She conducts research, coordinates a movement-building initiative, and supports WEI in strengthening its bond with the Latin American Region.
