Lipi Rahman has worked with NGOs to advance women’s and girls’ rights and end VAW since 2002. She is co-founder of Badabon Sangho, an organization that supports women, particularly vulnerable women to increase access to and control over land, property, and water-bodies; and climate justice for women and girls. Badabon Sangho has mobilized over 4,000 women and girls in 107 grassroots groups, providing legal support and training to support them to engage with local government on their rights. Lipi is an active member of national and international networks including the Feminist Humanitarian Network, and contributes to national-level advocacy campaigns.
