Mr. Mohamed M. Fall is the UNICEF Regional Director for Eastern and Southern Africa since June 2019. He is responsible for leadership, oversight and guidance to 21 UNICEF country offices, and the representation of the organization with governments, donors, the civil society and private sector. Mr. Fall has served in various other positions and field locations with UNICEF since joining the organization in November 1993. He is a national of Senegal and holds a Master’s Degree in demographics from Université de Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s Degree in History, from Université de Dakar.
