Daniela Horta (she/her). Chilean. Political scientist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Master in Public Policy: Development and Governance from Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of York. Master in Politics and Gender Studies from the Universitá degli Studi Roma Tre. Daniela has been working as a researcher in Derechos Digitales since 2022 on gender equality and feminist issues. She has more than seven years in research and project implementation internationally in organizations such as UN Women, FLACSO, ECLAC and WI4GJ. She currently works in digital policy, rights, and international political economy areas.
