Rukumani Tripathi is one of the first midwives in Nepal and a future organizational psychologist. She was selected to be part of the World Health Organization’s 2020 List of 100+ Outstanding Women Nurses and Midwives. She is currently working as a midwife officer in Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, which is one of the top hospitals in Nepal. She is always passionate in advocacy and enhancing maternal and newborn health status in Nepal.
