Sunzida Sultana has about 25 years’ experiences to work in the development arena on Bangladesh and working in the prominent non-government organizations in Bangladesh on the issues like gender, workers’ rights, indigenous peoples’ rights, local government, governance, climate change and environmental issues. She is working in Karmojibi Nari (KN) – a National level NGO working for ensuring the rights of women and workers especially ensuring the rights of women workers engaged in formal (RMG, Leather, Textile, Sea food processing) and informal (agriculture, migration, domestic work, home based work etc.) economic sector since 2011.
