Immaculate Omondi is a Gender Research Economist with the Policy, Livelihoods and Institutions team at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). Immaculate is an agricultural economist (by training) – with a bias towards gender research and hands-on experience in monitoring, learning and evaluation. Immaculate holds a PhD. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Giessen, Germany. Her current research focus is on the nexus between gender equity, livestock value chains and policy
