Dr. Narmeen is a physician by training, holding a doctorate in Social Medicine. She works as a Health, Gender and Development specialist. Her special area of interest is Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, particularly how to mainstream this into cross-sectoral development policies and interventions with the aim of improving gender equity. She is the co-founder of The Grief Directory, an organization that supports families affected by terrorism, and founder of the Zoe Bibi Education Fund that supports the education of women and girls belonging to the religious minorities or to other marginalized groups in Pakistan.
