Catherine Oloya
Gender Equality and Safeguarding Senior Manager
Catherine Oloya is a Gender Equality and Safeguarding Manager at the IRC Uganda. She supports the implementation of the Gender Equality Diversity and Inclusion commitments in the Strategic Action Plan. This includes supporting W@W activities, closely working with HR to intentionally hire qualified individuals with disabilities, setting up a female mentorship program, ensuring office facilities meet the needs of diverse teams. She co-facilitated the Get Moving training for the Women Rights Organization across Africa, Middle East, and North Africa.
She is currently an active participant of the National Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) network for Uganda.
